6. VARIATIONS IN THICKNESS AND LENGTH
Uretech products are subject to the following variations in thickness and length as per our ISO:2015 Tolerance & Accuracy guidelines: Custom and Standard Cast Items: Variations of up to 4mm may occur. Stock Items: Standard cast variations of up to 3mm shall apply. The buyer agrees to accept, without objection, any goods and/or services that fall within these specified standards.
7. QUALITY CONTROL AND CONSISTENCY
All products undergo strict quality control checks to ensure consistency and adherence to specified tolerances. Variations within the specified tolerances are acceptable under our ISO:2015 guidelines.
8. OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITY
Operators are trained to ensure the thorough mixing of materials to avoid inconsistencies. Any deviations observed during quality control will be documented and addressed promptly.
9. BATCH DOCUMENTATION
Detailed records of each batch, including the date, operator and mixing time, will be maintained. This ensures traceability and helps maintain consistent product quality.
10. SURFACE IMPERFECTIONS
Products may exhibit surface imperfections such as “bubble spots,” which can create small divots. These imperfections are aesthetic and do not affect the functionality of the product. While Uretech always strives to deliver a perfectly cast product, due to the system and process we use, these imperfections can occur. The buyer agrees to accept products with such imperfections without objection.
11. CUSTOMER-PROVIDED MOULDS
If a customer provides their own mould, it must be approved and declared fit, ready, and suitable for our casting processes by Uretech before being used. The customer must also provide instructions and guidelines for the care and maintenance of the mould to ensure proper usage and longevity.
12. DELIVERY LEAD TIME ADJUSTMENTS
Due to the operational nature of Uretech, if a project or operational commitment consumes a significant portion of our fixed capacity, we will communicate any changes in delivery lead times to the customer. The new delivery lead time will be determined in consultation with the customer to ensure mutual agreement and satisfaction.
13. FORCE MAJEURE
Uretech will not be liable for any failure to fulfil its obligations due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, and civil unrest.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Uretech’s liability for any claim arising out of the supply of goods or services is limited to the value of the goods supplied. Uretech will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
